Responsible Business Forum on Sustainable Development 2016

Speaking earlier this week in Singapore, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon stressed the importance of responsible business in creating a sustainable and stable future, and welcomed the growing involvement of companies who are active in pursing the sustainability agenda. He also brought attention to the partnership with UNDP to deliver the Responsible Business Forum, taking place in Singapore in November.The 5th annual Responsible Business Forum is quickly shaping up to be the biggest event on the sustainable development goals in the Asia Pacific region this year.We now have over 40 confirmed speakers from business, government, UN agencies and NGOs. National commitments and progress will be presented across each of the 17 SDG workshops by regional Government representatives from Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, New Zealand, China, South Korea, Fiji, Australia and Cambodia.
