Tattoo designer: Mo Coppoletta

Posted by fidest press agency su sabato, 1 ottobre 2011

New York from 6th – 10th October, renowned tattoo designer, Mo Coppoletta, will exhibit at Art London as part of the Heartbreak Gallery stand. Mo is known for his collaborations with numerous musicians, artists and brands, including the Prodigy, the Chapman Brothers and most recently Damien Hirst in a controversial project to design the front cover of the newly launched Garage Magazine.
Singer Paloma Faith said “I’ve known Mo for a while, actually, my friend worked as a receptionist at the Family Business, so I knew his work, knew how good he is. When I decided to get a tattoo I wanted only him to do it, even though he’s in such a huge demand that it is a really long wait, because of the fact that it is forever, and I wanted something that could age with me.” Mo Coppoletta began his tattooing career at the age of 27 where upon he quickly acquired a following for his designs. He now owns The Family Business – a tattoo parlour in London’s Exmouth market that has an international reputation for delivering unique and exquisite tattoos. A book, The Family Business, was published in 2010 by Pavilion Books. Images of Mo’s latest work as well as interviews with the artist are available.(Rachel) (image001)
