CES2020: Debut of First Football-size Transformable Drone

Scienza: a buon punto gli esperimenti per un Drone a propulsione PNN

Roma. È a buon punto la procedura sperimentale per il decollo di un drone PNN, Propulsione Non Newtoniana, procedura resa possibile solo dal cambiamento sperimentale delle 3 leggi della dinamica newtoniana.Tra gli oppositori ortodossi ventennali della PNN che hanno cambiato parere circa la possibilità di violare il principio di azione e reazione di Newton c’è la presenza del fisico Elio Fabri, ex Professore alla Normale di Pisa, che ha fatto notare che, vigenti le leggi della elettrodinamica classica, è possibile teoricamente la violazione del III Principio di Newton in ambito elettrodinamico.Qui è possibile trovare i dettagli di tale possibilità in un eleborato teorico del Prof. Elio FabriCirca la violabilità del 3° principio di Newton molti concordano a livello teorico da oltre 1 secolo. Purtroppo essendo la fisica la scienza del “come” non sanno appunto come va strutturato un prototipo per raggiungere questo obiettivo. Noi riteniamo ,in base sempre agli esperimenti, che il prototipo del drone F432 abbia risolto il problema.
Un drone PNN è infatti un passo essenziale di una serie di step per una sonda di andata e ritorno su Marte per riportare campioni del suolo marziano sulla Terra.Per i recenti sviluppi sperimentali della PNN esiste quindi la possibilità di costruire un drone a propulsione PNN. Quanto diremo potrebbe apparire fantastico e impossibile se non esistesse una base sperimentale verificabile con i recenti test con il prototipo PNN F432 in guisa di piccola astronave. La struttura originale sarà comunque quella rafforzata del prototipo già testato
Secondo questi test si sono prodotti sperimentalmente una serie di eventi incredibili legati al superamento di tutti e 3 i principi della meccanica newtoniana (maggiori dettagli sono disponibili al link http://www.asps.it/takeoff.htm).In pratica il cambiamento delle leggi della dinamica newtoniana si innesca attraverso la violazione del terzo principio della dinamica, il principio di azione e reazione.Per il principio di Newton la spinta dovrebbe essere costante a energia erogata costante, mentre nel nostro caso aumenta con l’andare del tempo, come sulla bilancia che si alleggerisce continuamente, così come risulta nel video del 22 gennaio 2019 (link video: http://www.asps.it/SA59.mpg).La bilancia elettronica Kern (debitamente schermata) è sensibile a 1/100 di grammo e trasmette i suoi dati a un computer attraverso una fibra ottica per evitare interferenze attraverso il cavo con l’irraggiamento e.m. del prototipo.Che significa relativamente alla possibilità di costruire un drone PNN? Che la spinta in concorso con la nuova legge di inerzia può raggiungere livelli di accumulo tali da far distaccare il prototipo PNN da terra, e per fare un esempio basta caricare di spinta il prototipo per un certo tempo come si riempie un contenitore di acqua. Con il prototipo F432 si calcola che dovrebbe avvenire il distacco dal suolo dopo circa 17 ore alle basse spinte attuali.Nel test sulla bilancia Kern si vede che spenta l’alimentazione il sistema continua ad accelerare ovvero che è cambiata la sua legge di inerzia, e si ha un moto accelerato in stato inerziale come se il sistema fosse propulso.
Sembra si abbia un cambiamento dello stato fisico del mobile non newtoniano.
In questo altro video http://www.asps.it/tremito4.mpg avendo potuto (con temperature iniziali più basse) raffreddare meglio la plancia (complesso di dissipazione termica passiva dell’amplificatore) per più tempo si è raggiunta una spinta maggiore sul pendolo.

Unique Discoveries on Barrier Reef Seen at 80 Meters for the First Time Using Blueye Robotics Underwater Drone

The Great Barrier Reef Legacy (GBRLegacy) crew led by Dr. Dean Miller has teamed with underwater drone creators Blueye Robotics to investigate the impact of ocean temperatures on Australia’s Great Barrier Reef. The Blueye Robotics Pioneer can dive eight times deeper than the average scuba enthusiast, reaching depths of 150 meters. It was used when Miller and a team of renowned marine scientists recently explored Australia’s coral reef and the bleaching that is killing portions of the fragile ecosystem.GBRLegacy’s 21-day exploration revealed some surprises, including large expanses of Halimeda algae on deep sections of reef slopes in the far northern section of the northeast coast of Queensland. Healthy Halimeda creates a vast ecosystem that resembles a green meadow. With the help of the Pioneer, the team was able to see down at 80 meters that the Halimeda reefs appeared to be spared by the bleaching. “Using the Blueye, this was the first time we could bring images back from that depth and show that despite coral bleaching or warm water affecting a huge percentage of the reefs in that area, down at 80 meters it appeared that those reefs have been spared. That was a good sign,” said Miller, director of science and media for the Great Barrier Reef Legacy.In particular, Miller said, the low frequency of the drone’s electromagnetic waves seemed to intrigue Australia’s grey reef sharks. The waves pose no danger for the sharks, and the sharks’ attraction to them will make it easier for researchers to study the species more closely.Australia’s ecological and business communities are also embracing the Blueye Pioneer as an important tool. Etna, revealed the surface structure of lava flows with a drone

drone.pngUAV-based remote sensing surveys of lava flow fields: a case study from Etna’s 1974 channel-fed lava flows M. Favalli, A. Fornaciai, L. Nannipieri, A. Harris, S. Calvari, C. Lormand. During an eruption, time scales of topographic change are fast and involve vertical and planimetric evolution of millimeters to meters as the event progresses. Repeat production of high spatial resolution terrain models of lava flow fields over time scales of a few hours is thus a high-value capability in tracking the buildup of the deposit. Among the wide range of terrestrial and aerial methods available to collect such topographic data, the use of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) as an acquisition platform, together with structure from motion (SfM) photogrammetry, has become especially useful. This approach allows high-frequency production of centimeter-scale terrain models over kilometer-scale areas, including dangerous and inaccessible zones, with low cost and minimal hazard to personnel. This study presents the application of such an integrated UAV-SfM method to generate a high spatial resolution digital terrain model and orthomosaic of Mount Etna’s January–February 1974 lava flow field. The SfM method, applied to images acquired using a UAV platform, enabled the extraction of a very high spatial resolution (20 cm) digital elevation model and the generation of a 3-cm orthomosaic covering an area of 1.35 km2. This spatial resolution enabled us to analyze the morphology of sub-meter-scale features, such as folds, blocks, and cracks, over kilometer-scale areas. The 3-cm orthomosaic allowed us to further push the analysis to centimeter-scale grain size distribution of the lava surface. Using these data, we define three types of crust structure and relate them to positions within a channel-fed ʻaʻā flow system. These crust structures are (i) flow parallel shear lines, (ii) raft zones, and (iii) folded zones. Flow parallel shear lines are found at the channel edges, and are 2-m-wide and 0.25-m-deep zones running along the levee base and in which cracking is intense. They result from intense shearing between the moving channel lava and the static levee lava. In zones where initial levees are just beginning to form, these subtle features are the only marker that delimits the moving lava from the stagnant marginal lava. Rafts generally form as the system changes from a stable to a transitional channel regime. Over this 170-m-long zone, the campo lavico del 1974.pngchannel broadens from 8 to 70 m and rafts are characterized by topographically higher and poorly cracked areas, surrounded by lower, heavily cracked areas. We interpret the rafts as forming due to breakup of crust zones, previously moving in a coherent manner in the narrow proximal channel reach. Folded zones involve arcuate, cross-flow ridges with their apexes pointing down-flow, where ridges have relatively small clasts and depressions are of coarser-grained breccia. Our folds have wavelengths of 10 m and amplitudes of 1 m; are found towards the flow front, down-flow of the raft zones; and are associated with piling up of lava behind a static or slowly moving flow front. The very high spatial resolution topographic data available from UAV-SfM allow us to resolve surfaces where roughness has a vertical and horizontal scale of variation that is less than 1 m. This is the case over pāhoehoe and ʻaʻā flow surfaces, and thus allows us to explore those new structures that are only apparent in the sub-metric data. Moreover, during future eruptions, the possibility to acquire such information in near-real time will allow a prompt analysis of developing lava flow fields and structures therein, such as developing lava channel systems, so as to contribute to timely hazard assessment, modeling, and projections. SkyPan Urges New Holiday Drone Owners to Read Instructions and Register with FAA

droniSkyPan International, a company that offers innovative aerial robotic systems that serve the construction and real estate industries, urges everyone who received a drone as a holiday gift to do two simple things before operating the drone for the first time: Read the instructions that come in the package, and register the drone online with the FAA.New drone owners must register before operating the drone for the first time – that is an FAA rule. As SkyPan notes, “it is so easy to register online, and registration is required by law, so you might as well do so right away, so it does not slip your mind.” The link to online registration is https://registermyuas.faa.gov. “When you register, you can also access informational materials that lay out some basic operational requirements.”New drone owners, before operating the drone for the first time, should read the instructions that are included in the package. As SkyPan explains, “Not all drones are alike. You need to know how to control its height, its speed, and its direction. Although the FAA does not require any flight training for model aircraft operators, we strongly believe you should learn how to control your drone on your own property or on a vacant lot. Your safety and the safety of your family, friends, and neighbors depends on how you operate the drone.”SkyPan notes that recreational drone operators who do not meet the requirements for model aircraft operators are subject to FAA rules in Part 107. Thus, SkyPan also encourages all operators to carefully read Part 107, to understand its requirements and limitations, and to seek guidance from the FAA if they have any questions.

First Abortion Drone flight a success, women in Poland receive medical abortions

abortionThe Abortion Drone departed from Germany and landed at the opposite side of the river in Slubice, Poland. While the drones were crossing the German/Polish border, the German Police tried to intervene but the drone pilots were able to safely land the drones at the Polish side. Two Polish women swallowed the abortion pills that were delivered to them by the drones. The German police confiscated the drone controllers and personal iPads. They pressed criminal charges but it is totally unclear on what grounds. The medicines were provided on prescription by a doctor and both Poland and Germany are part of Schengen.
The current restrictive Polish abortion abortion law creates social injustice and affects especially the women without financial means or information.
According to the World Health organisation “In countries where induced abortion is legally highly restricted and/or unavailable, safe abortion has frequently become the privilege of the rich, while poor women have little choice but to resort to unsafe providers, causing deaths and morbidities that become the social and financial responsibility of the public health system” and “Laws and policies on abortion should protect women’s health and their human rights. Regulatory, policy and programmatic barriers that hinder access to and timely provision of safe abortion care should be removed.”
Germany, a country with 80 million population and one of the lowest abortion rates in the world (together with Belgium and the Netherlands) had around 99700 abortions in 2014 according to the German National Statistics bureau.The official number of abortions in Poland, a country with 38 million inhabitants, is only 744. If the abortion rate in Poland is as low as in Germany, in reality at least 48000 underground abortions take place in Poland every year!! Probably this number is much higher, as there is a lack of appropriate sexual education and accessible contraceptive services. Estimates are that at in reality least 5 times more, or 240000 abortions are done in Poland (44 per 1000 women in child bearing age have an abortion every year in Poland compared to 7 in Germany) There is also an urgent need for compulsory non-biased sexual education and easy access to all forms of contraceptives, including sterilization (which is also prohibited in Poland).
The medicines used for a medical abortion, mifepristone and misoprostol, have been on the list of essential medicines of the WHO since 2005 and are available in Germany and almost all other European countries. However this medicine is still not registered in Poland. Scientific research by the World health Organisation has shown that medical abortion can easily be done by women themselves at home without supervision by health professionals. A medical abortion has the same health impact as a spontaneous miscarriage. Usually women themselves without additional medical supervision handle a miscarriage. In Poland, a pregnant woman cannot be subjected to punishment for illegal abortion or for any other action leading to a miscarriage.For pregnancies of up to 9 weeks (63 days) a medical abortion is done:
1- A woman swallows 1 tablet of 200 mg Mifepristone
2- 24 hours later the woman puts 4 tablets (800 μg) of misoprostol under the tongue (sublingual).
Even women who would be allowed to have an abortion under the restrictive law, are refused treatment by doctors and hospitals such as the case of the 14 years old raped girl P, who was denied access to safe and legal abortion services due to harassment and intimidation by hospital workers, the police and others. Alicja Tysiac suffered severe health consequences and won the case against the Polish Government In European Court of Human rights for denying a her a access to a lawful abortion, but she is still affected by this.
Women in Poland are furthermore denied the possibility to benefit from scientific advances since medical abortion, one of the essential medicines of the Wold Health Organisation, is not registered in Poland. Restrictive abortion laws like the one in Poland are violating international human rights agreements such as the right to health. The World Health Organisation’s definition of health is: “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”.

Abortion Drone first flight to Poland

abortionOn Saturday June 27 th the Abortion drone will fly for the first time packages of abortion pills from Frankfurt an der Oder in Germany to Słubice in Poland.The campaign is a collaboration between Women on Waves; Cocia Basia, a Berlin based abortion support group for Polish women; Feminteka Foundation from Warsaw and the 8 th of March women’s rights informal collective “Porozumienie kobiet 8 marca”.The Abortion drone will mark the different reality for Polish women to access to safe abortion services compared to other women in Europe. In almost all European countries abortion is legal, only in Poland, Ireland and Malta abortion is illegal and women’s rights are still violated.The drone will start its journey at 11 AM from “Am Winterhafen” in Frankfurt an der Oder and fly to Słubice. There will be opportunity for the press to ask questions after the landing of the abortion drone in Poland. The exact location will be announced on friday evening.Drones are used to make areal shots and for military purposes. However they can also be used to deliver packages. Both Google and Amazon are also already testing the possibility to deliver packages. So drones can also be used to provide safe abortion pills by uploading the package in Germany, where abortion is legal and delivering it into a border town in Poland where abortion is severely restricted since 1993. The only exception is in cases of rape or incest, when woman’s life is in danger, or if there is potential damage to fetus, and even in these cases, abortion is very difficult to obtain.As the Abortion drone weighs less than 5 kg, is not used for any commercial purposes, will stay within the sight of the person flying it and does not fly in controlled airspace, no authorization is required under Polish or German law.
