AddSearch Launches Personalized Search Feature to Improve Experience for Site Visitors

Posted by fidest press agency su sabato, 12 ottobre 2019

Website search platform AddSearch unveiled today its new personalization feature. Visitors of websites that are powered by AddSearch’s search engine can now enjoy more accurate and personalized search results.Through personalization, users will be able to see search results based on their preferences and browsing histories. For example, if a site visitor who is known to be a meat lover searches for “pasta recipe,” the search results could immediately return details for Bolognese. The platform takes into consideration factors such as browsing behavior, account settings, and past purchases to narrow down the potential search results to specific pages that best fit the visitor’s preferences. E-commerce sites, for instance, can greatly benefit from such capabilities since the search results could readily point to products and services that the visitor will most likely buy. AddSearch can also provide site owners with guidance on how to create rule sets for personalization cases, ensuring that the experience would truly satisfy each user’s needs. Companies like Amazon and Netflix serve as prime examples of how personalized search can boost sales and guarantee repeat business. AddSearch can help websites easily apply a similar experience for their own visitors.
AddSearch’s site search solution is used across various industries including manufacturing, software development, and even governments. Global brands like Yamaha, BitNami, Toyota, and the City of Sydney are all using AddSearch for their respective websites. Educational institutions like Harper Adams University and Robert Gordon University are also using the platform to help them deliver quick and accurate search results.AddSearch is made available through the cloud. Site owners can avail of the service through various subscription tiers. The lowest tier, which is ideal for lower traffic sites and small organizations, can be acquired for just $25 a month. Larger enterprises, whose sites deal with large volumes of visitors, can avail of custom pricing. The company also offers discounts for non-profit and educational institutions.

Unveiled one by one during the last few months, the leading stars at the Open de France are already well-known. On top of them all, Northern Irishman Rory McIlroy, the World No. 3 and a four-time Major champion, will undoubtedly draw the most of the attention. Routledge Handbook of Southeast Asian Economics

Posted by fidest press agency su mercoledì, 14 gennaio 2015

economies of Southeast AsiaThe Routledge Handbook of Southeast Asian Economics offers new insights into the rapidly-developing economies of Southeast Asia.
Despite widespread initial deprivation, Southeast Asia has achieved and sustained a remarkable rate of growth, in the course of which tens of millions have successfully escaped severe poverty. Though the economies of the region vary in many dimensions, integration into the wider East Asian network of production and trade is a notable common feature, one that continues a centuries-long history of engagement with global trade. A second striking feature is the pace and extent of transformation in the structure of production and in sources of household income in the region, which has undergone remarkably rapid industrialization and urban growth. However, the search for sustained and sustainable growth through and beyond middle-income continues to confront pressing economic and policy challenges. This Handbook offers a timely and comprehensive overview of Southeast Asian economic development. Organized according to the logic of chronological and thematic unity, it is structured in these sections:
Growth and development over the long term
Food, agriculture and natural resources
Trade, investment and industrialization
Population, labor, and human capital
Poverty and political economy
Twenty-first century challenges
This original Handbook, written by experts in their fields, is unique in the breadth and depth of its coverage. Its forward-looking perspective renders it relevant both now and in the future. This advanced level reference work will be essential reading for students, researchers and scholars of Asian Studies, Economics and Southeast Asian studies.’This book makes a number of important contributions to the literature on economic development in Southeast Asia. The chapters combine rich historical material with rigorous new analytic work to highlight the factors responsible for the region’s rapid transition and economic progress, as well some of the emerging challenges that have contributed to a slowdown in progress in recent years–including rising inequality and new sources of volatility. In this respect, the book raises important questions about the sustainability of growth and economic progress in the future. The book is a must-read for East Asia scholars and policy makers; but it should also be of interest to the broader development community who are keen to understand the solid growth performance of many Southeast Asian countries–despite earlier dismal predictions–and their emerging role in the global economy.’ – Valerie Kozel

Presented by Neue Berliner Räume

Posted by fidest press agency su domenica, 8 gennaio 2012

08. – 21. Januar 2012 Neue Berliner Räume is pleased to present the exhibition CLAIM in January 2012. The exhibited works are united by their reliance on a direct aesthetic presence rather than a conceptual background. The exhibition will be staged in a disused factory building and will feature works of painting, drawing, installation, sculpture, and video and sound art by the artists Christian Achenbach, Giuseppe Armenia, Carlo Bernardini, David Buckingham, Guido Canziani Jona, Jesper Carlsen, Paolo Grassino, Douglas Henderson, Philip Loersch, Jacopo Mazzonelli, Christopher Munch Andersen, John O’Connor, Kaspar Oppen Samuelsen, Domenico Piccolo, Federico Pietrella, Christoph Schirmer, Moritz Schleime, Owen Schuh, Secret Stars**, Klaus-Martin Treder and Per Wizén. A distinct emotional perspective marks many of the works and it is the will to provoke a moment of directness that emerges with their dramatic gesture. In this way, the works explore the possibilities of an intuitive response and find an emotive language that overwhelms an intellectual approach. The shape of the concrete forms the essential feature of a visual unity that reaches far into the room to unfold its potential force. This claiming of an aesthetic field is the central idea of the exhibition.
Neue Berliner Räume would like to thank the galleries Delloro Contemporary Art, Federico Bianchi Contemporary Art, Galerie Jette Rudolph, Galerie Mario Mazzoli, Henningsen Gallery, Hunchentoot, Kit Schulte Contemporary Art, LARMgalleri, Martin Asbæk Gallery, Paolo Maria Deanesi Gallery, Stene Projects and Wendt + Friedmann for their collaboration. The exhibition is curated by Manuel Wischnewski with assistance by Dr Marc Wellmann (Director of exhibitions, Georg-Kolbe-Museum Berlin).
