The Bank also makes employee wellness a top priority, offering financial, physical, and mental health support through its award-winning RockFIT platform. The rankings in the Top Places to Work are based on confidential survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. This year more than 75,000 workers at 334 Massachusetts companies completed the anonymous surveys.
